Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from initiation to completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for coordinating between Belt Tech Service, Sales, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, logistics coordination, and safety standards, with the ability to manage multi-day and capital projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for projects from start to finish.
• Directly engage with customers to understand project needs and expectations.
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring seamless communication between Belt Tech Service, Sales, and external partners.
• Coordinate the procurement and scheduling of special equipment (e.g., cranes, rigging, and certifications).
• Monitor manufacturing progress for project-specific items, tracking expected delivery times and logistics.
• Assist in developing the scope of work in collaboration with sales, vendors, and third parties.
• Manage and oversee multi-day projects and capital projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
• Utilize Autodesk and other drafting/design tools for project planning and visualization.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold safety protocols throughout all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
• Background in construction management with a fundamental understanding of safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Experience with AutoDesk and other drafting/design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across various teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Engineering background (P.E. not required).
• Experience in civil construction.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and site works.
• Experience in aggregate production

Pay: $106,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
