INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

Inside sales representatives act as support for outside sales representatives quoting products and services to customers and ensuring timely delivery of ordered parts. Inside sales reps work closely with outside sales reps, branch managers and the purchasing agent to efficiently complete their duties. Enter sales orders and purchase orders as necessary. Inside sales reps work a minimum of 40 hours per week. They must be able to communicate with a variety of people and work as a team. Pay is salary and each salesperson reports to their branch manager.
