Human Resources Manager


Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Oversees human resources department and payroll administrator. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing insurance policies, maintaining employee files/records and compiling new hire packets. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records. Reviews employee manual periodically for revisions. Prepares, updates and recommends human resource and hiring policies and procedures. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.


The Human Resources Manager works a minimum of 40 hours per week and reports directly to CEO/COO.
